Difficult life experiences and relationships, stressful jobs, traumatic situations can often make us feel dissatisfied with our lives, overwhelmed, and hopeless. This can affect our ability to think clearly and make choices that helps us to move towards what is important to us in life and being the kind of person we want to be. This can create a cycle and we can feel stuck. Therapy can help us in exploring thoughts, feelings, and actions and learn new strategies to better manage stressors and make choices that can help us move towards the life we want.
